The Beatitudes

Explore the Beatitudes and how they are a part of life.

The Beatitudes
Lesson 1: Prelude to the Beatitudes

Remember the 1956 Rogers and Hammerstein musical “The King and I” with Yul Brenner and Deborah Kerr? There was a great song in the musical, “Getting to Know You” sung by Deborah Kerr portraying Anna Leonowens (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vlx6gQWfjp0). This exercise is a little bit of ‘Getting to Know You’.
